JOB PURPOSE:

This role is responsible for all Soft Services related inquiries such as day to day operations, supplier/contractor relations, business request arrangements, assists Soft Services Manager in all assigned work and efficiently coordinates other task pertaining to Soft Services Unit.

Job Context

1. Handling Soft Services related queries from other locations within UAE
2. Managing of service contracts pertaining to Soft Services Unit
3. Preparing business cases, approval notes, contracts
4. Providing data for the special allowances of Soft Services outsource staff provided by the bank
5. Responsible for verifying and processing of invoices pertaining to Soft Services Unit
6. Ordering and Receipting of items in the Oracle System
7. Creating Unit Budget for the succeeding year
8. Identifying a way for cost saving for the unit
9. Preparing Soft Service Unit SOP’s, Policies and SLA’s.
10. Preparing RCSA’s of Soft Service Unit
11. Archer & Incident reporting in the system
12. All tasks related to soft Service operations and support

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• 5 years administrative experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Effective communication within team and external team
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Purchasing System (Oracle)
• Time flexible and can do multitasking
• Professional in handling concerns or complaints
