Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Assists and support Executive Director and Directors concerning Government Payment Solutions and liaising with teams towards achieving the required and targeted objectives.
Oversees the business aspect of day-to-day progress of MPAY – ADPAY and escalates to other departments any critical issues that may arise and will be undertake the responsibility for the activities to the government payment Solutions.
Manage the existing relations with the Government Payment Solutions partners to develop the relationship and ensure satisfaction from clients to Magnati.
Ensure compliance with agreed SLA for TAT for assigned accounts and Outsource Service Providers.
Recommend best possible solutions to the sourcing channels with a view to maximize return and minimize risk through counter offers, retention decisions and better terms of business.
Responsible for delivery of quality of deals & tie-ups, through the door performance and key performance targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
▪ Prospect potential clients not currently doing business with the company in our target
▪ Market by visiting industrial parks and gathering data (i.e. business card, current security provider)
▪ Make outbound phone calls/ E Meetings and Physical meetings to prospective clients within specified target market to set appointments for account executives and liaise with line manager.
▪ Assist Executive Director and Directors and Account executives in sales paperwork completion
▪ Attend business networking events to assess quality of membership opportunities and make recommendations to ED and Directors.
▪ Complete special projects as required by the line manager.
▪ Develop leads through research and networking for potential curriculum Federal Government, Ministries, Local Government and Outsource Service Government Payment service providers.
▪ Collaborate with FAB and industry representatives and curriculum to create partnerships to benefit Government Payment Solution Business development and Magnati as overall.
▪ Build, present and propose solutions to assigned government entities by the Executive Director or Directors.
▪ Attend business /industry meetings to establish relationships for new partnerships/ Maintain the partnership.
▪ Manage existing and new partnership negotiations and contractual agreements.
▪ Manage partners and vendor’s relationship.
▪ Present partnership opportunities to Executive Director /Directors.
▪ Ensure smooth integration for the entities while integrating to Magnati payment systems.
▪ Ensures execution of plans and positive control of assigned system.
▪ Implement data management and raise control review to Executive Director/ Directors for approval process to accommodate requests to add/change/delete data elements.
▪ Coordinate with to compliance to ensure portfolio quality.
▪ Coordinate with Legal departments on all documentation to ensure Magnati interest is protected
▪ Support Government accelerators initiatives/ Strategic Partnership to disembark on the business profitability.
▪ Work with project managers to oversee all phases of the curriculum strategic partnership.
▪ Ensure completion of all daily jobs assigned by Managing Director/Executive Director & Directors
▪ Look at re-engineering the process relating to Business development government payment solutions.
▪ Handling projects from business perspective.
▪ Provide high-level customer service to partners
▪ Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others.
Job Context
▪ The primary focus of the role will be on assisting the growing of the Government Payment Solutions (GPS) division.
▪ Daily review of, Government Payment Solutions related business issues.
▪ Ensuring smooth business of GPS projects and services extended by other divisions.
▪ Expanding Government Payment Solutions acquiring, issuing and processing by on-boarding new entities/Banks, Distribution Channels, government entities & Authorities. 3 Classification: Private\FAB HR_Staff data
▪ Coordinate with all departmentsin FAB and Magnati on updated services/procedures and issues for Payment Products offered through Magnati.
▪ Liaise GPS targets and support Magnati vision and mission.
▪ Assess current or future customer and business needs and priorities through communicating directly.
▪ Conduct meetings with prospective Clients as required; Source data about their administration and insurance needs, and discuss administration of any existing or intended insurance products.
▪ Develop and manage work breakdown structure of key client and information technology projects.
▪ Coordinate with clients and company resources to review policy benefits, ensure clarity of policy, and transition servicing of contract to company operations.
▪ Ensure that service agreement requirements are fulfilled and work to ensure Payer satisfaction with Magnati and FAB services.
▪ Prepare forms, contracts, and agreements to complete clients’ requirements
▪ Confer with clients and providers to obtain and provide information needed to set up project objectives per Company agreement
▪ Negotiate with stakeholders or suppliers and vendors to obtain resources or materials.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Has a Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s Degree preferred. Arabic Speaker is Mandatory
Minimum Experience
▪ 5+ years relevant experience in the banking sector with similar role of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the digital solutions and payment industry.
