Job Description

KEY TASKS & ACTIVITIES:

  • Collaborate with business heads to drive Strategy and Business Development initiatives and assess impact on operational readiness and customer experience
  • Play a key role in setting up and tracking balanced scorecards for coverage and product teams, lead business management initiatives by collaborating with various internal stakeholders such as Credit, Compliance, Operations, IT, CX, Risk etc.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify potential opportunity to improve overall business performance (revenue and/or cost)
  • Lead simplification of CX E2E journeys to create transformational experiences through digital assets
  • Drive CCIB-wide communication for relevant initiatives (as required)
  • Develop effective relationships including spearheading Change Management within CCIB

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Experience of banking industry with deep understanding on the Corporate and Commercial Banking
  • Must have Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline

Minimum Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in Financial Services, Strategy function, Business management and/or Technology
  • Execution with strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in the banking domain
  • Hands on experience in executing transformation objectives with ability to structure, manage complex business challenges to advance business and digital strategies
  • Strong User engagement and communication skills /Ability to contribute to and implement organisational strategy
  • Capacity to work with people at all levels in an organisation and with people from many cultural backgrounds.
  • Able to manage effectively a number of competing priorities
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to lead by example demonstrating an ability to deliver set tasks, objectives and strategic priorities
  • Project Management Professional
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced excel skills
