Fenix Resources is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Mine Site Administrator to join our Weld Range operations in Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced iron ore mining operation and play a key role in supporting our onsite team and leadership group.

Working on an 8/6 roster and reporting directly to the Mine Manager, this role will see you coordinating site administration, flights and travel, reporting, workforce support, and assisting with operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site administration and operational support
• Flight, accommodation, and travel coordination
• Reporting and data management
• Workforce onboarding and mobilisation support
• Assisting with site projects and improvement initiatives
• Supporting the Mine Manager and operational leadership team

About You:

• Previous administration experience within mining, logistics, or remote operations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Strong Microsoft Office and reporting capability
