Job Description
The Role
The Marketing Automation Executive will support the day-to-day running, optimisation and performance of Fastmarkets’ marketing automation tools and marketing tech stack. Reporting into the Marketing Operations Manager, this role will focus on maintaining and building clean automation flows, supporting the commercial marketing team in campaign executing and ensuring clean and accurate reporting.
Principal Accountabilities
Marketing automation
- Building and executing automated campaigns in our marketing automation platform, ensuring best practices are followed
- Supporting the Marketing Operations Manager with the lead-scoring framework, CRM integration and GTM set-up
- Supporting the commercial marketing team with implementing experiments and tests across the system
- Supporting with onboarding and roll-out of any new additions to the tech stack
Data Quality & Audience Management
- Working closely with the Email Marketing Executive to build targeted audience segments for outbound marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and maintaining the sync between Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent and other platforms to ensure data integrity
- Helping to identify high-value and strongly converting segments in the database and building these into campaigns
Reporting & optimisation
- Maintain and optimise existing reporting, ensuring clean and accurate data
- Support the commercial marketing team with insights and analysis, helping to optimise marketing campaign performance, using Marketo, Salesforce and a multi-touch attribution tool

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.
Experience & Skills
- Experience working with Marketo or similar tool in a hands-on marketing role
- Strong understanding of marketing automation best practises
- Data driven mindset and experience preparing delivering marketing reports and analysis
- Experience working with a commercial marketing team
- Experience working with a project management tool (Monday.com or similar)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Cvent and multi-touch attribution tools
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript or Python a plus
