Job Description
As a Site Administrator, you will support the appropriate FLINT’s Manager and/or Site Superintendent as required. This position may be working in partnership with client site clerk to ensure project completion in a timely and accurate manner. This 9-month temporary position will be based out of Fort McMurray, AB starting August 2026 to April 2027. In this position, you will enjoy a 14-days on 7-days off schedule, flights out of Calgary or Edmonton, camp accommodations, and benefits after 300 hours worked.
What would you be doing?
- Organize onboarding tasks including camp accommodations, site access, and new-hire documentation.
- Review and validate timesheets, labour, equipment, and material entries for accuracy.
- Collaborate with payroll and site leadership to resolve discrepancies and support billing inquiries.
- Maintain digital and physical personnel records, spreadsheets, and administrative systems.
- Support daily communication and administrative needs for site management and employees.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial site setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with strong skills in the MS Office suite and general computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all organizational levels and foster teamwork.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities, effective prioritization, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Cooperative attitude, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and customers.
- At least a High School Diploma.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
