Job Description

As a Field Administrator, you will support the appropriate ClearWater's Manager and Site Superintendent as required. This position may be working in partnership with client site clerk to ensure project completion in a timely and accurate manner. 

What would you be doing? 

  • Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, cost tracking, managing hire/termination forms, and general office duties such as scheduling meetings and ordering supplies. 
  • Support safety systems, report infractions and near misses, follow emergency response procedures, and comply with all safety and environmental directives. 
  • Promote teamwork, maintain high work standards, and ensure queries are directed to the appropriate representative. Conduct orientations and inspections to uphold company standards. 
  • Handle daily time tickets, cost coding, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and hire packages. Forward required documents to relevant stakeholders within deadlines. 
  • Facilitate communication between staff, management, and external contacts. Ensure manpower requests and recruitment information are accurately coordinated and delivered. 
  • Assist project controllers, resolve account discrepancies, distribute pay advice, and perform additional tasks as needed to support site operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma. 
  • 3-5 years in a similar role within an industrial site setting. 
  • Skilled in MS Office suite and general computer applications with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising at all organizational levels and fostering teamwork. 
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities, effective prioritization, and the ability to perform under pressure. 
  • Cooperative attitude, working effectively with colleagues, clients, and customers. 

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
