Job Description

FLINT is seeking a Pipefitter Lead Hand with experience in stainless steel threaded piping and installation for a one‑month field construction job in Red Deer, AB, starting April 6, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with 8‑hour workdays.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living‑out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in an industrial or field construction environment.
  • Valid Journeyperson Pipefitter certificate/ticket.
  • Ability to meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements, including:
    • CSTS 2020
    • WHMIS
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Must have reliable personal transportation to the work site.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean 5‑year Driver’s Abstract with fewer than 6 demerits.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
