FLINT is seeking a Lead Hand with light equipment operator experience for a permanent position in Clairmont, AB starting ASAP. In this position, you will enjoy a 12 days in/2 days out schedule, 10-hour workdays (8 regular, 2 OT) and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction setting
• Experience operating equipment and overhead crane experience preferred, skid steer/telehandler/overhead crane tickets would be an asset
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • WHMIS
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
