Job Description

Reporting to the EVP of Infrastructure Platforms and Operational Resiliency, this executive is an enterprise orchestrator and strategic integrator. This leader is not directly responsible for individual portfolios, projects, or platform teams. However, they are accountable for the collective success of these teams by shaping operating rhythms, ensuring cohesion, and ensuring performance transparency. Additionally, they guide both teams and senior leaders toward unified enterprise outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate as the enterprise integrator in globally federated organization.
  • Be accountable for the success of enterprise projects and platforms delivered through influence and cohesion across teams that don't directly report into this role.
  • Sit at the intersection of strategy, technology transformation, and global operations.
  • Influence outcomes across regions, teams, products, and platform teams.
  • Identify and lead opportunities that influence partners to ruthlessly deprioritize work to support important priorities.

  • Most importantly: you are the main contact others call when the initiative is off track, partners can't align, priorities are competing, and the answer isn't obvious.

Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Portfolio Performance & Strategic Insight
  • Guide visibility, understanding, and governance across Experian's global portfolio of enterprise projects, platforms, and transformation programs.
  • Provide clear synthesis, risk signals, and performance insights to the EVP and senior leadership across regions and teams.
  • Ensure enterprise portfolios are advancing against strategic goals, removing obstacles and ensuring teams to deliver outcomes at scale.
  • Establish and maintain operating mechanisms that unify decentralized delivery teams around performance and reporting expectations.
  • Connect and coordinate projects that span multiple regions, teams, ensuring you manage interdependencies.
  • Facilitate enterprise‑level planning cycles across independently operated teams to synchronize priorities and ensure execution across global operations.
  • Be the enterprise point of orchestration for important cross‑regional efforts, ensuring integrated execution without impeding local autonomy.
  • Strategic Enterprise Collaboration Partner with regional CEOs, team leaders, platform owners, and global technology teams to align priorities, share insights, and help unified delivery of enterprise goals.
  • Create structures, forums, and leadership touchpoints that strengthen collaboration and accelerate decision‑making across Experian's federated model.
  • Guide enterprise agreement around shared strategies and operating frameworks, balancing regional independence with global cohesion.
  • Enterprise Platforms and Technology Transformation help and support the adoption, scale, and performance of enterprise platforms across global operations, ensuring their successful integration into team roadmaps.
  • Partner with technology leaders to track transformation progress, identify cross‑platform interlocks, and help operationalize modernization efforts across regions.
  • Promote transformation practices, solution adoption, and enterprise platform use across our federated structure.
  • Cross‑Functional Team Performance & Operating Rhythms Guide unified leadership rhythms across teams and regions to ensure cohesive execution of enterprise projects and platform strategies.
  • Strengthen accountability structures across global operations, helping teams deliver high‑quality outcomes while operating with autonomy.
  • Lead a small, high‑impact enterprise coordination function that supports strategic agreement, initiative interlock, and performance transparency.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, business operations, portfolio management, transformation leadership, or cross‑functional executive roles.
  • Experience working in large global, federated, or matrixed organizations with independently managed teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise driving outcomes across enterprise platforms, technology transformation efforts, or global operational models.
  • Experience overseeing enterprise‑level operating mechanisms in decentralized environments.
  • Guide clarity, understanding, and execution without direct operational authority.
