Job Description

This role reports to the Director of Product Management and will work closely with global product leaders, regional teams, engineering, data science, and go-to-market stakeholders to drive product strategy and execution from concept to global scale.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Product Manager with strong expertise in behavioral analytics, fraud detection, and AI-driven decisioning, who can build globally scalable products and unlock new market opportunities, revenue growth, and platform synergies.

Product Strategy & Globalization

  • Define and execute the strategy to globalize Behavioral Analytics, expanding across regions
  • Drive adoption of a global operating model spanning product, engineering, delivery, and support
  • Align Behavioral Analytics with the broader Digital Intelligence vision, integrating with device intelligence and Ascend platform capabilities

Market Expansion & Commercialization

  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities across regions
  • Define pricing, packaging, and modular adoption strategies to maximize market penetration

Product Discovery & Customer Insights

  • Work with customers and regional stakeholders to understand fraud challenges across use cases
  • Translate insights into product features that enhance behavioral biometrics and analytics capabilities

Platform Integration & Interoperability

  • Lead integration of Behavioral Analytics into the Ascend Fraud Platform
  • Enable seamless interaction with Device Intelligence, Fraud decisioning platforms, and Global data-sharing frameworks
  • Ensure platform interoperability to unlock multi-signal fraud detection capabilities

Roadmap Execution

  • Own and deliver a global roadmap focused on Deployment of solutions across regions
  • Create standardized onboarding & integration frameworks, and reuse components
  • Support AI-driven behavioral signal generation and continuous improvement

Go-To-Market & Regional Enablement

  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to enable regional teams with training, playbooks, and onboarding frameworks
  • Support initial client deployments and ensure successful adoption

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Delivery
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure alignment
  • Partner with program management to manage complex, cross-region execution

Qualifications

  • You are required 11+ years of Product Management experience in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong domain expertise in Behavioral Analytics, Behavioral Biometrics, Fraud Detection, or Risk platforms
  • Experience building and scaling globally distributed products and platforms
  • Proven track record of driving product globalization or multi-region expansion
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven products, particularly in behavioral modeling or fraud detection
  • Strong understanding of fraud use cases such as account takeover, synthetic identity, and payment fraud
