Job Description

Role summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Product Management Associate to join our Product Management team. This role will support the identification, conceptualization, and execution of AI-driven initiatives across our products and internal operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to explore opportunities for embedding AI capabilities into customer-facing platforms, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency through AI-enabled solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for AI innovation, product development, and digital transformation, even if they do not possess a deep technical background.

 

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing:

  • Research emerging AI technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into existing customer platforms, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to conceptualize AI-powered solutions and customer experiences.
  • Gather business requirements and translate ideas into product concepts, user stories, and business cases.
  • Assist in evaluating AI tools, platforms, and vendors for potential business adoption.
  • Support product managers in prioritizing AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative AI use cases.
  • Track industry developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Automation, and Digital Assistants.
  • Support testing, validation, and rollout of AI-enabled features and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal productivity through AI-assisted workflows and automation.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    More about you:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
    • 2–3 years of working experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Consulting, or related functions.
    • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.
    • Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
    • Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and opportunities.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Comfortable working with both business and technology teams.
    • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to explore new technologies.
    • Experience supporting digital product initiatives will be an advantage.
    • Technical coding skills are not required.
