Job Description

  • Design and build end-to-end full stack applications (frontend, backend, APIs, data layers)
  • Architect scalable, resilient systems using microservices and cloud-native patterns
  • Integrate Generative AI models (LLMs) into applications for automation, insights, and user experience
  • Build and optimize AI-driven workflows (RAG pipelines, agents, prompt engineering)
  • Develop applications using tools like:
    • OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
    • LangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel
  • Implement:
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
    • Embedding pipelines and semantic search
  • Design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks
  • Ensure responsible AI practices (safety, bias mitigation, monitoring)
  • Build modern UI using:
    • React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue
  • Create intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features (chat, copilots, dashboards)

Backend Development

  • Develop scalable services using:
    • Node.js, Python, Java, or Go
  • Build REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time systems
  • Handle orchestration of AI services and workflows
  • Work with:
    • SQL/NoSQL databases
    • Data pipelines and streaming (Kafka, etc.)
  • Deploy systems using:
    • AWS / Azure / GCP
    • Docker, Kubernetes
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorshipYou will report to a Senior Engineering Manager

 

 

Qualifications

  • You need to have 8–12+ years of full stack development experience
  • You need to be expertise in:
    • Frontend frameworks (React/Next.js preferred)
    • Backend systems (Node.js / Python / Java)
  • Experience with system design, scalability, and performance

GenAI & AI/ML

  • Hands-on experience with:
    • LLM APIs and GenAI platforms
    • RAG architectures and vector search
  • Understanding of:
    • Prompt engineering
    • Model evaluation and tuning
  • Experience building AI-powered applications in production

Modern Tooling

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • DevOps practices and CI/CD
  • Git, testing frameworks, observability tools
  • 3+ years of experience with AI agents and autonomous workflows
  • Experience in enterprise-scale systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI agents and autonomous workflows
  • Exposure to MLOps pipelines
  • Experience in enterprise-scale systems
