Job Description

We are looking for a mid‑level Software Developer to join our software development team. You will develop, test, and support reliable applications used across the organization. You will work with quality assurance, product, and DevOps partners to deliver secure, high‑quality software. You will be a great fit if you are someone who enjoys teamwork, learning, and contributing to solutions that make an impact. You will report to the Software Development Manager.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in software development or a related technical role.
  • Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and collaborative development practices.
  • Experience working with testing concepts such as functional, regression, or integration testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS experience is a plus).
  • Work on logs, debug issues, and work with cross‑functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills, careful attention to detail, and a team‑oriented, inclusive approach to work.

Responsibilities

  • Promote software features using established coding best practices.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Product teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Write, review, and maintain unit and integration tests to support application quality and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive, inclusive feedback to team members.
  • Support release activities by helping validate builds, deployments, and post‑release stability.
  • Troubleshoot issues in non‑production and production environments, and contribute to root‑cause analysis and fixes.
