Job Description

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team and help develop scalable software solutions. You will work with modern development tools and practices, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help deliver high-quality features for our growing product suite. You will report to an Engineering Manager.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements across the KYC360 product suite.
  • Build reliable, scalable solutions using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, microservices, and modern web technologies such as HTMX.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Improve application performance through refactoring, database optimization, and architectural enhancements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code that follows established best practices.
  • Stay informed about latest technologies to help keep our software modern and.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver features that meet our needs.
  • Support ongoing improvements to core platform functionality for a growing user base.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor junior developers and support their technical development.
  • Take ownership of features and guide small teams to deliver them.
  • Work with the Director of Engineering on software architecture and design decisions.
  • Review ticket specifications to propose more efficient or user-focused solutions.
  • Create system design diagrams used for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

 

Experience:

  • Experience in software development and a desire to grow in a environment.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture is.
  • Creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to propose technical solutions.
  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of tasks.
  • Experience creating and reading diagrams such as workflows, sequence diagrams, C4 models, and database schemas.
  • Experience leading small teams to deliver specific features or components.
  • Translate our requirements into clear functional specifications.
  • Experience creating CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of zero-downtime deployment strategies and their impact on system design.
  • Experience leading estimation sessions and contributing to planning activities.
  • Knowledge of unit testing and setting up automated test frameworks.
  • Experience working with outsourcing partners to maintain code quality and agreement on standards.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience working with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, HTMX, and SQL Server or other relational databases.
