Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and ensure the highest standards of quality across all layers of our applications—from backend services to front-end interfaces. You will design and implement automated testing solutions, collaborate with different teams, and help build scalable, reliable systems. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional user experiences through testing strategies and continuous improvement. You will report to the Senior Director of Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities
- You will design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web, API, and database layers.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and regression testing.
- Analyze system failures, debug issues, and provide detailed root cause analysis.
- Build tools to simulate user interactions and system workflows for full-stack validation.
- Help improve QA processes, automation architecture, and quality metrics across the organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in QA automation, including API and UI test frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman/Newman, or similar.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database testing principles, with experience in frontend and backend testing.
