Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Consultant to join our FSD Data Sciences team. You will collaborate directly with strategic clients to identify strategic opportunities, leverage cloud-based solutions, and deliver insights through advanced data science methodologies. This is a fully remote position. You will be reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Data Science & Analytics Consulting.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Represent Experian in internal and external speaking engagements, thought leadership forums, and industry panels.
  • Guide analytical projects using AI-driven and GenAI methodologies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Design prompts for AI models to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clients to define analysis parameters, performance metrics, and requirements for cloud-based decision tools and strategy implementation.
  • Interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and recommend strategic alternatives aligned with business goals.
  • Guide innovation in analytical product development, including ethical data usage and responsible AI practices.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through consultative engagement and strategic insight.
  • Support sales and marketing teams by translating client needs into analytical and reporting solutions for Small Business focused credit lending strategy development.
  • Contribute to product development, management, and marketing initiatives to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in lending strategy, risk management and financial services experience preferred.
  • Subprime lending experience preferred.
  • Expertise in consumer credit lifecycle, including FCRA compliance and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of data ethics, AI methodologies, and digital transformation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques, decision tools, and business requirement gathering.
  • Experience presenting insights and strategies to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large financial institutions and commercial lending portfolios.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and team collaboration.
