Job Description
What you'll do
You will partner with your account team, client solution consultants & engineers, product and delivery teams to expand existing software revenue streams and identify new revenue opportunities with our most critical client relationships. You will maintain and develop close partnerships across all levels of your client organization to understand client's technology roadmap and any internal and external system dependencies. You will manage client escalations and issue resolution. You will oversee technology issues, opportunities, and activities associate with our clients usage of our flagship software services including ATB, PowerCurve and Optimize. You will ensure client requirements are followed by delivery teams. You will ensure the success of project implementations and product enhancements. This is a critical role in delivering on existing client commitments and ensuring client satisfaction. You will include a high degree of strategic planning and implementing to further cultivate Experian's brand as a trusted partner. You will report to the VP of Sales Engineering and Advisory. This role is remote-friendly!

- You collaborate naturally with members across different teams balancing priorities. You excel at bringing the right people to the table, solving issues and identifying opportunities
- You understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and expressing the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutions
- You have experience within sales functions such as exceeding sales standards, protecting core revenue, and ensuring delivery of solutions
- You achieve results and identify new ways to maintain current partnerships
- You prioritize accountability, building trust with your teammates and customers

Qualifications
What your background looks like
- 7+ years of successful sales experience with experience expanding existing relationships and revenue opportunities
- Baseline knowledge of Experian software suite.
- Background in Financial Services, Technology or related field sales.
- An understanding of corporate financial priorities and the initiatives designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Travel required
