Role Summary:

  • Implement the product strategy for HR Compliance products.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, balancing priorities, revenue impact, and client-focused initiatives.
  • Ideal for candidates who are adaptable and can instill confidence in a startup-like atmosphere.
  • Requires a blend of technical knowledge and business insight to prioritize opportunities.
  • Articulate near- and long-term product strategies and roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
  • Define the product roadmap, managing stakeholders in product, engineering, and operations.
  • Balance immediate needs and long-term investments in the product roadmap, aligning with priorities and strategic vision.
  • Collaborate with teams to lead product vision, define requirements, and coordinate with shared resource teams.
  • Analyze metrics to assess product health, mitigate risks, and use insights to refine the product roadmap.

  • Technical Knowledge – Experience building product strategy during technical transformations, specifically in cloud-based tech stacks.
  • Industry Familiarity – Knowledge of employer services, with a focus on year-end tax statements (US, Canada, Puerto Rico), ACA reporting, and pay statements.
  • You will be reporting to the Director of Product Management - Tax Credit and Incentives

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management or related experience creating software products.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree
  • Experience working with API integration and technical understanding of cloud-based platform architecture
  • Experience in Employer Services
  • Initiative taker, comfortable to start projects from a blank sheet of paper
  • Good technical experience in Agile delivery methodologies
