Job Description As the Senior Product Manager for the Dashboard Team within our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) division, you will lead the development of customer-centric solutions across Web, Android, and iOS platforms. Your role will help bring product strategy and collaboration to enhance the consumer experience. We are looking for someone with a unique blend of strategic vision and technical experience.

What you'll do

  • Product Strategy and Execution: Guide product discovery, design, and execution to achieve the business's goals. This includes ensuring that implemented solutions are valuable to customers, possible for engineers, and aligned with business constraints.
  • Collaboration: Work with engineering, delivery leads, and other teams to facilitate end-to-end product development. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communications: Maintain experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partner channels with all stakeholders, including providing regular updates.
  • Merchandising and GTM Collaboration: Due to the dashboard's high visibility and influence, the product manager would also serve as an important partner with the merchandising team to align merchandise and Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns.
  • Product Owner: I serve as the product owner for the scrum team, including writing and prioritizing user stories and ensuring the execution of deliverables.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date product documentation, including dashboard capabilities, logic, and self-service tools, to ensure clarity and consistency across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in FinTech or a related field.
  • Experience working with teams, including engineering, design, and analytics.
  • You understand product discovery and delivery frameworks
  • You have a track record in managing data-driven, consumer-facing digital products.
  • Experience working with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and collaboration tools like Slack and Asana.
  • You can collaborate with diverse remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with Content Stack or other headless CMS platforms
  • Experience working with AI-driven consumer products.
  • Familiarity with user experience design principles, with experience improving customer experiences.
