Job Description

Your responsibilities include overseeing, implementing and managing solutions in the credit and Data Quality/Governance industries with a focus on serving Experian's clients. You will develop, plan, and execute product strategies, launching new products, features and enhancements.

You will also:

  • Develop and execute product roadmap, strategies, launching new products, features and enhancements across Experian's delivery platforms.

  • Report to the Strategy Director

  • Identify opportunities to integrate data assets that provide added value to Experian clients.

  • Guide development from 'concept to launch' for product and data suites to support clients across the customer lifecycle.

  • Ensure both tactical plans and strategic vision position product suites for growth and success.

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple Experian business units including product development teams, other product managers, sales, marketing, analytics, legal, compliance and operational teams to ensure these services are aligned with other Experian capabilities.

  • Responsible for items as competitive analysis, pricing, product version, sales enablement and other product management challenges.

  • Utilize innovation methodologies to build, measure and learn as we develop new solutions for the marketplace.

  • Develop sales training and product materials in partnership with Product Marketing based on how Experian can solve client challenges.

  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify priorities and provide regular updates to leaders regarding progress and status of initiatives.

  • Conduct Voice of Client engagements and lead Voice of Client for product and data areas

  • Improve Key Performance Indicators for Product Performance including product booking and revenue reviews, product adoption rates, key client usage.

  • Develop and demonstrate subject matter expertise at a level such that you can successfully speak to Internal Stakeholders as well as Clients about data strategy, data quality, data governance

  • Work with software engineers who have primary responsibilities for product upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Product management experience including conducting product strategy, innovation, roadmap execution, voice of client/sales, market research.

  • 6 years' experience in product management, ideally with expertise in developing and executing a data strategy.

  • Well versed in financial services industry and commercial credit data

  • Candidate will have a background in data quality, data enrichment, data governance, data management or data acquisition

  • Proven track record for leading and executing complex cross-functional projects from both a product and analytics perspective.

  • Ability to work well in and navigate a matrix environment crucial to success.
