We are looking for Lead Analyst to enhance the delivery of Management Information reporting within Experian's consumer division. This will allow partners to access and analyze performance trends across main metrics, encouraging informed decision-making and improving.

If you become part of the team you will report to Analytics Manager.

What you will do:

• Lead the design and execution of analytical tasks ensuring they meet business need
• Provide guidance to the junior and mid-level analysts
• Engage with partners to gain understanding of business context and ensure agreement on team goals
• Design complex Tableau dashboards, ensuring they meet needs
• Gather and prepare data for dashboard development
• Ensure high level of accuracy and high-quality delivery of dashboards to agreed timelines
• Ensure analytical deliverables are aligned with team goals and guide measurable improvements
• Provide insights to inform decision-making
• Co-ordinate with the wider analytics and data teams on best practices
• Align with the wider analytics team on metric definitions and ensure consistency in reporting

What you are expecting to bring:

• Expert level SQL skills
• Advanced data analysis skills
• Advanced data preparation and interrogation techniques
• Excellent complex data to a variety of audiences
• Previous experience in a leadership role
