Job Description

Working with a team of analysts you will provide excellent client delivery, analysis, and support across a range of vertical markets.

You will report into the Delivery Manager.

What you will do:

  • Understand complex requirements and identify workable solutions
  • Build relationships with partners of varying levels
  • Manage, where required, the people responsible for the delivery effort by taking the lead in specific projects/support activity. Be a mentor to project team members
  • Contributing into existing process and feedback, share findings with peers from other teams and management where required.
  • Participate in training courses and other types of training to improve personal skill set
  • Maintain awareness of latest business and market developments

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essential
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in software delivery
  • Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) user
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in mentoring immediate team members
  • Understanding the project delivery lifecycle
  • Experience in leading and implementing software configuration changes
  • A team player who will offer ideas on how to evolve how we deliver to our clients
  • Knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies.

It would be considered an advantage if you have:

  • Knowledge of XML/JSON.
  • Technical knowledge around SDKs for device products
  • Knowledge of WPS / SAS
  • Fraud industry knowledge.
