Job Description
Provide ownership of the user experience for using workplace productivity GenAI tools at Experian.
- Establish, develop, and aid in delivery of end user education\training programs for generative AI solutions. This includes ensuring that the documentation and information about using the tools is easy to find, easy to follow, and non-intimidating to a non-technical audience.
- Assist in establishing and monitoring the request and provisioning process for GenAI capabilities, considering risk, legal, compliance and other constraints and standards.
- Hosting IT Clinics, pilot sessions, office hours, and other forums aimed at driving the usage of and adoption of these tools by users who seek to benefit from using them.
- Establish and facilitate a community of practice for workplace productivity GenAI Tools through which users can share their learnings and best practices, weigh in on the direction of implementing new features, and more.
- Report on usage and adoption, and establish goals by which we will measure the success of our adoption efforts
- Participate in project meetings for GenAI and weigh in on the user experience, find ways to improve.
- Address GenAI queries from users in multiple employee-facing forums
- Familiarity with the Enterprise Microsoft portfolio, specifically M365, Teams, Outlook and how Copilot and other GenAI capabilities are embedded into them; stay informed about the Microsoft Roadmap of upcoming enhancements to their products and services.
- Make GenAI tool recommendations that align to Experian use cases for users
- Build business relations with colleagues within the business to promote Digital Workplace and GenAI capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience in internal product development.
- Excellent written communications with audiences at all levels
- Experience using GenAI and developing use cases
- Instructional design experience a plus
- Articulate experience is a plus
