Job Description

The Junior Salesforce Analyst will work with the Global CRM team to identify opportunities for applying CRM, and related tools to support the global user community in accomplishing their goals. Areas of focus will span multiple Departments and functionality, mostly within Salesforce.com, but will also involve integrated tools for Marketing Automation, CPQ, E-sign, different Sales Enablement tools, CTI, automated testing tools.

What you'll do?

  • Provide daily end-user support through cases raised on Salesforce.com;
  • Define user profiles, update permissions, share rules;
  • Setup new users in Salesforce.com;
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers;
  • Manage the understanding of project, client and business criteria;
  • Define requirements and recommend solutions to internal clients;
  • Negotiate prioritisation requirements with business leadership teams;
  • Develop company information workflow programs by working with other functional units to meet business criteria.

Qualifications

What you'll bring?

  • Year, to two of experience with Salesforce.com;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and general CRM concepts;
  • An advantage would be Salesforce Admin certification (ADM201);
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.
