Job Description

Within Experian Health, as a Product Operations Specialist, you will be critical to our Product Management team by collaborating with leaders, managing the entire asset management life cycle for payment terminals, ensuring seamless process efficiencies and meeting operational goals across Implementation, Customer Support, Sales, Sales Operations, and Product teams. You will report to the Product organization and be the primary contact for our payment device suppliers.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Work with the Product Management team and leaders from Implementation, Customer Support, Sales, and Sales Operations to guide product goals and ensure smooth operations
  • Design and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency throughout the asset management life cycle, identifying and addressing areas for optimization
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of payment terminals, from order acceptance with clients to coordinating with the payment gateway for device shipments
  • Ensure there are accurate CRM/Salesforce updates to link Sales to opportunities
  • Ensure quick and accurate billing by working with the Finance department to refine billing processes and resolve any discrepancies
  • Lead operational activities, collaborating with Product Management leaders to accomplish strategies and manage projects
  • Design and manage a successful operating rhythm of meetings and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of applicable Operations-focused program management-product operations experience in a Product organization
  • 5+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle
  • Experience setting up new product related processes and with building project plans for complex projects
  • Experience with product operations or a similar role, with expertise in asset management, payment terminals, and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of billing and finance processes
