Job Description
- To manage the Visitor Management System in accordance with company policies, including registration and issuance of access credentials such as Smart Pass (QR code), T/V/S cards, and FZ cards for employees, visitors, and vendors.
- To oversee reception duties, including welcoming visitors, updating the visitor welcome board, managing meeting and conference room, and handling incoming telephone calls professionally.
- To handle Mail and Courier Services, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming/internal mail and documents, registering incoming/outgoing parcels, and coordinating courier consolidation documents.
- To manage daily postage delivery and maintain accurate stock control of company stamps to support operational requirements.
- To arrange stationery and office supplies for all office locations, ensuring availability and proper inventory control.
- To prepare monthly reports on local calls, international calls and other ad hoc reports relating to personnel and administration.
- To proceed with admin expenses through the Expo/Accounting system in compliance with company procedures and timelines.
- To provide clerical support to the Department, including assistance with office services/maintenance or company events.
- To assist in managing messengers and overseeing certain assigned routes or urgent delivery requirements.
- To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.
Qualifications
-University Graduate, with at least 2 years of experience in administration or office support roles.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good command of English, both spoken and written.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
-Service‑oriented, proactive, and able to demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude.
