Job Description

As an Order Management Operations Agent, you’ll be the backbone of smooth freight movement and exceptional customer service. Your mission: ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while building strong relationships with partners and clients.

  • Manage end-to-end order and freight processes with precision and speed.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in operating systems.
  • Track and monitor shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless operations.
  • Handle intercompany invoicing and payment processes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and global standards.
  • Identify process improvements and support continuous optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues promptly and resolve them with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of transportation processes; hazardous materials knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
