Job Description
We hire for attitude and train for skill!
- Track and trace cargo internationally
- Ensure the timely movement of goods through its supply chain
- Analyze and evaluate data flows from our customers and/or service providers into our operational systems
- Identify and manage exceptions while also identifying opportunities for continual improvement and evolution
- Work within a multi-agency regulatory environment, ensuring that freight is imported/exported compliantly into/out of the US
- Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Utilize an array of specialized Expeditors software to increase the compliance and efficiency of our team
- Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee
- Promote compliance by diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride

Qualifications
- Driven and motivated individual desiring to embark on or continue a career in the exciting world of international logistics and global trade
- Understanding of the importance of quality customer service and its effect on all facets of a successful business and brand
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Proven ability to learn new software and utilize evolving technologies
- Understanding and interest in the world of international logistics and global trade
- Proactive and organized approach to learning and executing on the job
