Responsible for developing reports and dashboards using BI tools for internal and external customers to show business value while performing ORM and QBR

-  Embeds data analytics into business processes for internal and external customers and to support in their decision making process

- Offer lean solution in terms of developing automation tools to help operations team monitor and improve their KPIs as well as simplifying their business processes

 -Responsible for successful development, implementation and support of systems / applications according to the scope of work agreed. In addition to that, ensure project timelines are met and status is communicated regularly to all stakeholders until completion of the project

 -Create technical documentation and provide basic training to internal and external customers on the solutions developed / implemented

- Ensure Regional / Global projects are properly managed, supported and communicated with the team and all stakeholders

 -Analyzing business data, such as sales revenue, profits, volume, shipment count, lost accounts by services / business units and present to senior management team on a monthly basis

- Coach and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills

- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology or any major in Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of experience in application development and data analysis

-  Proficient on Java, JavaScript, AutoIT, Python, HTML5, Spring, HTML, CSS, PHP

 - Possesses good knowledge in application / tool development using any or all of the following environments: VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), IntelliJ / Eclipse / Visual Studio

-  Strong working knowledge on business intelligence tools (Inetsoft, Tableau, MS PowerBI, etc.)

-  Expert in SQL (Structured Query Language) for working with databases (DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

 - Expert in Visio, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel functionalities

 - Familiarity with Web Scraping techniques, Robotics Process Automation tools, API and EDI interfaces
