Assists team members, and ensures that all work is completed timely, within company standards and in accordance with client requirements.

Regular working hours are 4:00pm to 12:00am (Midnight)

• Client Instructions - ensures that client instructions are understood and followed consistently
• Client and vendor communication - ensure that all required information is obtained to execute customs clearance
• Canada Customs Revenue Agency - liaises between customs and client to ensure smooth release process
• Maintain compliance in all areas
• Ensures that accurate charges are accrued and billing instructions are communicated to invoicing team in a timely manner
• Ensures client emails / requests are answered quickly
• 52 hours of training completed per year as outlined in the company policy

• University degree preferred
• 5 years' experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office  and Email
• Strong typing and communication skills
• Ability to speak French considered an asset
