Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and timely movement of clients domestic shipments
- Service provider selection and relationship management
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems
- Proactively solution shipments for success
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing
- Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
- Work closely and constructively with team members
- Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Customer Service: 6 months to 1 year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate concisely to obtain positive results
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
- Strong desire to learn
- Service oriented, shows initiative, and works with a sense of urgency
