Job Description

Why this role?​

Join Altaris/Exinity’s first Graduate Internship cohort and kick-start your career in a fast-growing trading environment. This is a 3-month full-time commitment. This isn’t just an internship, it’s a structured pathway into a full-time role, with clear expectations, hands-on experience, and real ownership from day one. You’ll work at the heart of our Customer Operations function, supporting customer onboarding and payment processing while learning ​how to operate in a regulated, high-impact environment.​

What you’ll be doing​

Onboarding & KYC​

  • Support onboarding of new clients by reviewing KYC and verification documents​

  • Ensure submissions meet internal and regulatory requirements​

  • Identify gaps and follow up to drive completion​

  • Input and maintain accurate customer data across systems​

Payment Processing & Operations​

  • Assist with day-to-day processing activities in line with SLAs​

  • Review client requests and profiles for accuracy and completeness​

  • Support operational tasks such as account updates and document validation​

  • Maintain clear audit trails and documentation​

Collaboration & Support​

  • Handle basic onboarding and account-related queries​

  • Work closely with customer success, payments and sales team ​

  • Track and follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution​

Risk & Compliance​

  • Operate in line with Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering and regulatory requirements​

  • Escalate discrepancies or potential risks​

  • Contribute to maintaining strong data integrity and compliance standards​

Qualifications

What we’re looking for​

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar​

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills​

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)​

  • Comfortable working with data and systems (Excel basics required)​

  • Interest in, trading, or financial services​

  • Eager to learn, proactive, and takes ownership​​

Successful interns will be considered for a full-time Customer Operations role at Exinity. We use a clear performance criteria and defined expectations to assess readiness, so you’ll always know where you stand and what you need to progress.​

The internship will be run by Exinity in collaboration with our partner, Altaris Services Limited, who has its registered office in Yerevan, Armenia.
