Job Description

  • Provide oversight and leadership to the ETS team, ensuring all shifts are covered as required and procedures are being executed to an impeccable standard
  • Be an exemplary corporate citizen, embodying Exinity’s ethos and brand values both internally and externally
  • Processing of adjustments to clients trading accounts to reflect corporate actions, dividends and futures expiries
  • Reconciliation of PB & LP positions
  • Ensure trading session times on client trading terminals align with market holidays
  • Maintain trading platform markets config across all SBUs & tech stacks
  • Test new products ahead of launch
  • Manage market data agreements with exchanges and API clients
  • First line of service for institutional clients
    o Execution/connectivity queries
    o Provide clients with high quality, timely updates regarding daily swaps, dividends, market holidays and corporate actions

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Previous management experience in a comparable role within CFD brokerage
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrable in-depth working knowledge of MetaQuotes tech stack
  • Understanding of PB back office systems and settlement processes

Desirable:

  • Experience with bridge technology and workflows
  • SQL
  • Corporate actions expertise
  • Detailed knowledge of exchange data licensing
