Job Description
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Paid Social expert who can own performance end-to-end across multiple markets and substantial budgets. This is a deep execution and strategy role for someone who understands how to scale campaigns profitably and systematically. You will drive acquisition through Paid Social, lead structured experimentation, and improve performance through rigorous creative testing and optimisation frameworks. The ideal candidate combines analytical discipline with creative instinct and is comfortable operating across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Social Ownership
- Lead strategy, setup, optimisation, and scaling of Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok (primary focus).
- Manage medium to large monthly budgets with accountability for CPA, ROAS, and volume targets.
- Develop forecasting models and performance projections to support planning and scaling decisions.
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency.
Multi-Platform Execution
- Run and optimise campaigns across TikTok with strong understanding of platform-native creative and scaling mechanics.
- Adapt creative and messaging strategy to platform-specific user behaviour.
- Bonus: Experience running acquisition campaigns on Reddit and/or Snapchat.
Creative & Testing Excellence
- Design and execute structured A/B testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, formats, and funnel stages.
- Brief high-performing ad concepts based on performance insights.
- Iterate and refresh creatives to combat fatigue and improve efficiency.
- Bonus: Ability to create rapid creative variations using creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar platforms).
Data & Performance Analysis
- Deep-dive campaign performance to identify drivers of efficiency and growth.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Optimise full-funnel performance (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, retention indicators where relevant).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with growth, product, data, and creative teams to align acquisition strategy with business goals.
- Contribute to channel planning, budget allocation, and growth initiatives.
- Operate autonomously while keeping stakeholders aligned.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Paid Social experience with ownership of performance outcomes.
- Strong proven experience running campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Experience managing medium to large acquisition budgets.
- Demonstrated experience running structured A/B tests at scale.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort interpreting performance data.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high accountability.
Desirable:
- Experience in the App industry and/or fintech / financial services.
- Experience running acquisition campaigns on Reddit and/or Snapchat.
- Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and app attribution.
- Experience optimising for app installs and in-app events.
