We’re building Elus, the most modern Multi Issuer Platform for structured products in Switzerland – in collaboration with leading banks. Now we’re looking for you: a high-energy sales personality with platform savvy and a hands-on mindset to help grow our partner base and make Elus even stronger.

What you’ll do as a Sales Manager (Structured Products): 

• You bring Elus to banks, asset managers, and family offices – and show them what makes us different
• You develop new partnerships and deepen existing ones with a long-term, strategic mindset
• You pitch our value proposition to stakeholders – confidently, clearly, and with impact
• You manage the full sales and onboarding process – from the first meeting to go-live
• You help design tailored platform solutions for our clients and act as their trusted advisor
• You bring your own ideas to the table and help shape Elus – strategically, commercially, and technically
• And yes: you’ll also sell structured products and AMCs via the platform

What you bring as a Sales Manager (Structured Products): 

• Sales or relationship management experience in structured products or financial platforms
• A strong sense for client needs – and how to turn them into smart solutions
• You know how to explain, convince, and excite – in both German and English
• Hands-on, proactive, and structured – you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen
• You thrive in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and fast decisions
