Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Conduct data entry
• Requesting necessary workshops from EA
• Cooperate with HR administration on written reprimand creation, as well as contact GPs/SHs for signing
• Assign/Reassign GPs/SHs to team manager
• Creating different reports
• Assisting Team Managers with paperwork and operations department with other administrative work

Skills and Competences:

• 9 Months  experience in Evolution
• Full Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially excel)
• Good communication skills
• Time management skills
• Attention to details
• Adaptability, flexibility, and mobility
• High sense of responsibility
