We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative, logistical, and data-related tasks. This entry-level role will help coordinate emailing activities, maintain accurate records, prepare basic reports, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and deliver email calendars for multiple countries/ regions
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, contact lists, and shared folders.
- Collect, organize, and validate marketing data from spreadsheets, campaign platforms, and internal systems.
- Prepare routine data summaries and reports on campaign performance, leads, events, and other marketing activities.
- Assist with creating presentations, reports, and internal marketing updates.
- Update basic content and campaign information in marketing tools and internal systems.
- Work with marketing teams in different locations and other internal teams to complete assigned marketing tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties and other marketing support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- One year of administrative, marketing, internship, or operations experience is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a bonus.
- Comfortable working with numbers and preparing simple data summaries.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Fundamental understanding of marketing metrics, such as leads, engagement and conversion rates.
