Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the HR Manager, you will need to approach your job with drive, an entrepreneurial mind-set, and tenacity. A positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambition.

Essential Duties:

· Manage full spectrum of human resource related activities including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefits, branding & marketing, employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development and employee retention.

· Advise on all aspects of human resource including employment laws and best practices to the Management and employees.

· Manage IR including counselling & disciplinary action.

· Update, review and ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed and implemented.

· Review and ensure for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.

· To authorize all claims, OT and allowance payment.

· Perform HR strategies to develop and retain talent and enhance employee engagement.

· Establish strategic manpower planning plans to fulfill manpower needs and their related application matters.

· Establish and implement remunerations and benefits to attract and retain employees.

· Plan, develop and implement learning & development strategies that are aligned with corporate and business strategies.

· To conduct HR orientation briefing on company’s policy.

· To provide training on the HR system implementation and ongoing system improvement.

· Liaise with local government, authorities, agencies and statutory bodies in relation to the regulatory compliance.

Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.

· 5 – 10 years of experience in full spectrum of human resource.

· Familiarity with HR functions and execution.

Education/Experience:

· Bachelors degree in any related field

· Fluent in English, both oral and written

· Good communication skills.

· A strong interest in people

· Can work independently, or as part of an energetic, exciting team of like-minded individuals
