Job Description

This is a support-level role assisting a team that focuses on laboratory infrastructure, assets, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide clerical support towards laboratory operations projects
  • Perform data entry applicable to projects
  • Extract data from access systems and provide data to team members as requested
  • Support documentation and coordinate necessary forms for instrument decommissions 

Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree, scientific concentration preferred 
  • Strong computer and organizational skills (e.g. Microsoft office suite)
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, generally 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., but may Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply.
