Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated In Vivo Laboratory Associate with strong hands-on dosing experience to support preclinical rodent studies on a client site. This role is focused on executing in-life procedures to evaluate pharmacokinetics (PK), ADME, and drug efficacy of novel therapeutics.
This position is ideal for someone with solid rodent handling and drug administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in vivo rodent dosing and drug administration via multiple routes, including IV, SC, IP, and PO
- Execute in-life procedures including animal handling, restraint, anesthesia, and monitoring
- Conduct necropsy and biological sample collection (blood, tissues, etc.)
- Support studies evaluating PK/ADME and biomarker responses
- Accurately document experimental procedures and study data in compliance with protocols
- Maintain adherence to SOPs, animal welfare standards, and study protocols
Qualifications
- BS degree in Animal Sciences, Biology, Pharmacology, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on in vivo experience, with a strong emphasis on rodent dosing techniques
- Demonstrated proficiency in:
- Multiple routes of administration (IV required)
- Animal handling and restraint
- Sample collection and necropsy
- Basic understanding of pharmacokinetics and/or pharmacology principles
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

The position is on-site, full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes that may require shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed.
