Job Description
The Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) Group is the largest network of harmonized bio/pharmaceutical GMP product testing laboratories worldwide. Eurofins BPT provides comprehensive CMC laboratory services for the world’s largest pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies. The service portfolio supports all stages of the drug development process and all functional areas of bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing, including method development, microbiology, process validation and quality control.

Eurofins Medical Device Services has been assisting Medical Device companies developmental testing and regulatory submissions for over 45 years. With over 20 state-of-the-art facilities located throughout North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, Eurofins Medical Device Testing offers extensive capacity and the highest level of instrument technology. The service portfolio supports all stages of development from concept feasibility through post-approval release testing including Chemical Characterization, Toxicology, Biocompatibility, Microbiology, Functional, Mechanical, Shelf Life, Package Testing and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan focused on expanding market presence, increasing account penetration, and driving year‑over‑year revenue growth.
- Hunt for new business by proactively identifying, targeting, and engaging prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, conferences, and strategic research.
- Win back and re-engage former clients by understanding previous pain points, positioning improved capabilities, and rebuilding strong relationships.
- Partner with Business Development leadership to achieve annual territory revenue and growth targets.
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients via email outreach, outbound calling, LinkedIn, and follow-up communication to generate qualified opportunities aligned with Eurofins Medical Device Services’ capabilities and capacity.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing client needs, project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Educate potential clients on Eurofins Medical Device Services’ technical capabilities, providing tailored testing strategies that align with each customer’s product development and regulatory pathway.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including collaboration with technical teams to develop customized proposals, advancing opportunities through closure, and ensuring smooth transition to Project Management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide leadership with regular updates on pipeline status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Support resolution of service issues between clients and laboratory operations, ensuring a positive customer experience and long-term account satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic local travel to meet with clients and prospects, both independently and jointly with Regional Sales Managers.
- Facilitate on-site technical visits for prospects and existing clients to showcase capabilities and strengthen customer partnerships.
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate would possess:

- Preferred background in microbiology, packaging, and/or sterilization processes to support client discussions and technical understanding.

- Capacity to learn new techniques, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, or a related field is required; advanced degree is strongly preferred.”
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in packaging within a CRO or in a medical device environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ASTM & ISO requirements.
• Live in he San Francisco Bay Area
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Compensation:
- $80,000 salary
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with overtime as needed
