Job Description
We are searching for a Marketing Communications intern for Summer 2026 (May-August).
Marketing Communications Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Help in planning quarterly business meetings and tradeshows.
- Support internal sales lunch & learn training.
- Assist with external client-facing webinars: promotional activities, live “day” of event and post-event follow up
- Monitor and respond to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook messages
- Assist with project management with the Product Marketing Managers
- Support Sales team with sourcing and managing leads
- Assist with data compilation from CRM and Power BI data sources, Create Excel files
- Other various duties and projects within the Marketing department
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize various responsibilities as needed
- Strong team player working with various teams
- Positive attitude and eager to learn more about Marketing and our organization
Qualifications
- Undergraduate level pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, English, or other degrees that build strong written and communication skills.
- Position will be up to 25 hours a week during the summer non-academic session, anticipated minimum of 20 hours per week.
