Job Description

Join Our Team as a Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our Hardline Laboratory team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on laboratory work, values accuracy, and is eager to develop technical skills in a professional environment.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to receive few months of training in Vietnam, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure to international laboratory standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify testing samples together with the assigned test methods or protocols.
  • Perform laboratory tests in accordance with established methods and standards.
  • Accurately record, consolidate, and evaluate testing results.
  • Ensure test results are reliable and reports are released within required timelines.
  • Travel to factory locations when required to conduct testing or support laboratory activities.
  • Seek guidance from supervisors when encountering technical challenges.
  • Operate laboratory machines and equipment that you have been trained and authorized to use.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills.
  • Responsible, careful, and committed to producing accurate work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
