Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide phone, email, text message, and chat support for our home testing products. It is expected that the employee will need to answer phone calls for at least 6 working hours a day.
• Provide basic support to professional and business accounts, including order support.
• Fulfil and ship customer orders. Process incoming mail. Perform administrative tasks (Only if working on-site).

Qualifications:

Education: HS Diploma Required, College Degree Preferred

Experience: No previous experience required.

• Positive, friendly attitude with a desire to help customers. 
• General computer skills, basic experience with Microsoft Office
• Customer Service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.
