MiCRO-B SRL laboratory provides private and public sector microbiological analyses and consulting services in the environmental, agricultural, and industrial fields.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the Managing Director in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.

Your responsibilities:

• Support project planning and coordination, ensuring all activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Assist in managing project budgets and optimising resource allocation.
• Monitor and identify potential risks or issues and contribute to effective risk management strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution and alignment on key deliverables.

Education: Recent graduate with an industrial engineering education.

Languages: Native or fluent Italian, oral and written, is required. In addition, English proficiency is required.

Soft skills: Ability to work within a team; Problem-solver with “can-do” attitude, curious, detail-oriented with an analytical mindset; Appetence for lean management practices and project management.

Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; general affinity with IT. Skills in data manipulation.

Starting date: As soon as possible – flexible.

Location: Asola, Italy.

Compensation package: Subject to variability depending on your profile and experience.
