Job Description

In a nutshell: 

As a PtP Global Process Expert you will report to the PtP Global Process Owner. You will work closely with Purchasing and Accounting departments globally and locally to standardize procedures, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also be a subject matter expert across all business units and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop standard process documentation, including global policies and process descriptions.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for respective process-related questions.
  • Cooperate with local and centralized teams to maintain high-quality process.
  • Drive standardization and optimization of the process. Identify process gaps and plan actions to close them.
  • Ensure the process is optimally aligned and integrated with other operational systems.
  • Align roles, responsibilities, measures and incentives to new process designs.
  • Lead the identification and deployment of standardized Best Practice processes throughout Eurofins Network.
  • Tailor specialized processes to suit specific local or functional needs, reflecting their unique nature.
  • Support a design and implementation of internal controls.
  • Participate in projects focused on process automation and digital transformation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Competences:

  • Several years of experience in a Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable area within an international company.
  • A profound grasp of Finance and Accounting processes, with a special focus on PtP operations.
  • Master degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent; ACCA/CPA qualifications will be an asset.
  • Language: English (fluent written and spoken).
  • Experience in project management and/or change management.
  • Ability to drive solutions and change using solid business understanding.
  • Hands-on experience working with Coupa will be a strong asset.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems proactively and collaboratively.
