Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Organize and lead interdepartmental meetings to discuss project progress and resolve issues
• Create and distribute project reports to stakeholders using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Monitor project budgets and resources, making adjustments as necessary
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Act as a liaison between project teams and upper management
• Facilitate decision-making processes by gathering and presenting relevant information
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members across various departments
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

1. B.S. in business, science, or other related concentration;
2. Self confidence, leadership, ability to reason, make sound decisions, and delegate.
3. Motivation to excel and inspire excellence in others, ability to see projects through completion, strong communication including verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and relate well to people; mental and emotional stability and maturity.
5. Ability to work in and handle personal stress and diffuse stress in others
6. strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
7. Sets positive example for others, dedication to quality, ethics, and customer service
8. Previous GMP knowledge 

Previous laboratory experience preferred, previous project management experience preferred. 

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
