What team will I be part of? You will be working in the Group IT Controlling team, based in our main corporate office in Brussels, and will work closely with our senior IT leadership.

Eurofins IT activities are multiple, complex and impressive, encompassing significant in-house solutions development, deployment & maintenance of solutions across 1,300+ sites and 50,000+ employees. The Group IT Finance’s mission is to create a financial planning & analysis framework in which all IT costs can be budgeted, monitored, accounted for and recharged internally with transparency and reliability along several analytical dimensions in order to provide business leaders with appropriate information to guide them in their resource allocation decisions and performance management.

As a Group/Regional IT Controller, you will:

Work closely with high level stakeholders, such as IT Directors and Business Leaders, on developing solid IT controlling tools, tailored to the needs of the organisation at all levels (Group, Regions, Countries).

Be fully responsible for the coordination of the IT budget preparation, submission and presentation of your perimeter.

Analyse deviations between actuals and budgets, flag risks, challenge the budget owners to bridge gaps, and monitor the action plans followed.

Participate in ad-hoc project management, including the implementation of Group’s Finance policies and procedures.

Qualifications

ARE YOU OUR KIND OF EXTRAORDINARY?

Your profile should combine solid analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as stellar interpersonal skills.

Background: Experience as a controller or financial analyst. Experience in a head office setting and/or working with IT is desirable.

Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering or Business Master’s degree.

Languages: English proficiency is a must, as it will be your mail language of communication. Other languages are highly appreciated.

Technical knowledge (IT): You will need MS Office skills with an advanced level in Excel. Knowledge of VBA is a plus.
