Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) is looking for its site in Vimodrone (MI) a Junior Project Manager (IT Projects) to support the Project Manager of the Europe Team, for the BPT Europe division.

Main tasks:

• Manage routine/new projects and provide support to various functions in the organization
• Manage different projects simultaneously, set milestones and track progress
• Fill out documents and collaborate with people to complete the missing information
• Participate to project meetings and prepare minutes, presentations with clear communication
• Contact external suppliers to obtain information
• Visibility to different teams across Europe (e.g. IT, quality) including management

• Master Degree Management/Business or IT related Degree is preferred;
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus;
• Excellent English (100% communication in English);
• Project management skills (e.g. good relationship with stakeholders);
• Basic MS Office knowledge is required. Further IT skills/knowledge is nice to have;
• Excellent communication skills (with colleagues in different countries and suppliers)
